Our most popular option involves paying only £195 + VAT on the date of instruction.  You will need to instruct your own Home Information Pack.  Click for a HIP quote - or feel free to search for your own.  When you have a buyer you will need to arrange for a Solicitor to deal with your Conveyancing. Click Conveyancing for a quote - but feel free to instruct your own solicitor if you have one in mind. Once this is in place we can  begin to market your property.  Within our £195 + VAT  price we will provide you with a sale board, full colour brochures including floor plans, property maps, professional quality photographs & advertising on our site along with other selected website's.

Don’t want to pay up front? For those wanting to take advantage of our No Sale No Fee Guarantee we offer a fee of just 1.4% + VAT paid on completion of the sale.  Within this price we provide a Free HIP & Free Conveyancing. See our Price Guarantee

Option3

Our final option involves a 1% + VAT fee, paid on completion of the sale.  You will need to instruct your own Home Information Pack. Click for a HIP quote. We include Free Conveyancing (including disbursements) and also give you the benefit of our No Sale No Fee Guarantee.
